12th May 2026 – Annual Parish Meeting (Assembly)

The Annual Parish Meeting, sometimes called the Annual Parish Assembly, is a meeting for the people of the parish. It is held once a year between March and June, as required by the Local Government Act 1972. It is not a Parish Council meeting. It is your meeting.

Anyone on the electoral roll can attend, speak, and raise issues. You do not need to be a councillor. This is a chance to hear what has been happening in the parish and to take part in the conversation.

The meeting is used to share what the Parish Council and local groups have been doing, and what is planned next. It is also a space for residents to ask questions, give views, and highlight what matters to them.

We want this meeting to feel open and useful. It is a chance to listen, share ideas, and build a clearer picture of what the parish needs. Your input helps shape priorities and future work.
